Brad and Zoe will gently guide you to have a deeper understanding and acceptance of who you are and assist you to make permanent positive lifestyle changes. 

Brad will help you to have a better relationship with yourself and guides you to find the cause of why you have certain habits and behaviours. Brad guides you to let go of these negative habits and behaviours and assists you to create positive helpful, permanent habits and behaviours through Clinical Hypnotherapy. In Hypnosis we have the ability to access the sub conscious part of the mind. The sub conscious minds’ role is; habits, behaviours, emotions, beliefs and is also our protective part of the mind, so it makes sense that if we want to make these changes permanent, we need to access this subconscious part of the mind. This program will also help you to have a better relationship with food.  

Zoe will educate you to make healthy positive lifestyle choices and guide you through the process with an education and understanding of nutrition. Brad and Zoe will support you every step of the way, assisting you to make these important changes and learn the art of healthy living.

Do you find yourself having a belief that you must finish everything on your plate? Is this a belief that you must not waste anything? Or is it a belief, it’s rude if you don’t finish everything on your plate? We hold onto beliefs that we have created in our life, usually from our parents when we were young. In hypnosis we can find out why you have these beliefs and where they stem from and the most beautiful thing is that we can change these beliefs and you can change the habit around the belief. 

Do you find yourself eating the wrong foods when you are stressed or anxious? 

When we are stressed or anxious, we do our best not to feel this way and for a lot of people they begin to emotionally eat the wrong foods or eat too much. By doing this behaviour we are pushing down these feelings so we do not have to feel them. What is really going on is a part of the mind has taken on a role to protect you and it is protecting you by eating these foods to take you away from feeling this negative emotion. In Hypnosis we can resolve the anxiety, we can then build better coping mechanisms, for example, when you are stressed, you now do something constructive, like mediation, go for a nice walk or a bike ride. This sure beats sitting down and eating unhealthy foods, which are just going to make you feel even worse.
